I was walking down a street, alone, when I droped an apple. Quickly, I picked it up, and when I got up, I was staring into a boy's blue eyes. "hello..." I said.

He had just gotten off the train and was walking around what they called a street. My eyes scanned the buildings and the people but then I turned onto a lonely street, it wasn't to lonely since another person. A girl. Walked along it as well. Immediatly in his mind he was creating a profile for her. But then he watched as an apple fell from her and rolled in his derection, she followed it and he went towards it as well. He bent down about to pick it up when she grabbed for it first. She looked up at him staring into his gaze and said hello. He blinked wondering if she were really talking to him. Usually people didn't want to converse with him but this might be fun? "Hey." he smiled slightly but it turned out to look like a smirk.

I wondered what to do. Ask him his name? Tell him mine? "Sorry," I murmured. I then remembered the apple came from the basket that I use to hunt with, and the fruits in there can't be bought. I strifle a scream and turn it into a hiccup, and shove the basket behind me, and push out my other hand. "I'm Azalea," I said quickly.

He nodded and watched the basket disappear behind him. How he would kill for one of those oranges. He looked at her as she mentioned her name was Azalea, "Pleasure to meet you. My name is Altair." he shook her hand in a friendly gesture, "Why are you the only one on this street or passage way?"

I didn't want to tell him that this was an abandoned street, from the after the Dark Days. But I told him, and left out... how I used it so no-one would see me and my game.

What she had explained to him seemed very interesting and surreal. "Well then, this is a very awesome passage way! But urmmm... why do you use it? If its abandoned or haunted or whatever?" he raised an eyebrow at her. Bright blue eyes showing confusment.

I looked around, and said very boldly, because he could kill me by snapping his fingers, "A capitol boy wouldn't understand. But let this help you." I tossed him dried meat, and an apple.

He looked at the meat and the apple she threw towards him and looked up a stony expression on his flawless face, "How'd you know I was from the Capitol." he didn't recall telling her where he was from.

He smiled shortly then grinned. "Well if you show me where your getting your food from I'll let you in on why I'm here and where I come from. I do admit I'm a Capitol Boy. But I'm more important." he winked and then raised the apple to his mouth and bit it.

He was momentraily confused by her words and then saw her run telling him to come along. Looking down at the apple he realized there might be more from where shes coming from, he threw it down and followed after in hot pursuit.

"Hope you know how to climb. Follow my every move, there are Cameras up there. They should be off... then you have to climb under a fence, that shouldn't be energized." I said, quickly and gracefully climbing the cliff-face.

He climbed after her. Not as gracefully but atleast he managed by. He didn't push himself to climb it just came to him easily. His father like him because of his natural talents of doing things other people can or can't. "Alrightt." he answered.

"Shhh..." I said, an arrow poised at a squirrel. Then I shot. I ran to a grove, Altair following, and plucked apples, then splashed into a near-by stream, just for fun.

"Azalea" I said in a whiny voice "you scared off another deer" something moved in the bushes I drew my bow, when a boy came out I droped my bow."what are you doing here" I asked coldly.

"Chill," I said immediately, wading out of the Water. "He's... with me... I guess... Any who, don't boo hoo because I have enough apples to feed us for a month.

"Altair Alpha." he said and then his mouth clenched shut at realizing he said his whole last name and then he let out a large breath of air and sat down. "I'm sorry about scarying off game. And don't say your apples to me. I'm not the one who creates them. My job in the future lays else where and involves all of you." he shrugged and looked down just as his hybrid of a mutt came barging onto the scene and licking Altair. He began to wonder how in the hell had got here.
